Our People
Management Board

We are continually seeking people to volunteer for positions on the board as it is important to have representatives from all areas of the community, with varying backgrounds and a wide range of skills; from management, planning, evaluation, finance and education etc.

Dr Chris Radcliffe - Interim Board Chair

Dr Chris Radcliffe brings over a decade of leadership experience to the Disability Matters Board, including six years of dedicated service in board governance. Currently serving as a Principal, Dr Radcliffe leads a team of 120 staff and oversees the education of 850 students. His professional expertise lies in education, with a strong focus on inclusive leadership and strategic development.

In addition to his role as Principal, Dr Radcliffe is an adjunct researcher with Charles Sturt University and volunteers at an Agricultural College in Vanuatu, reflecting his ongoing commitment to education and community service at both local and international levels.
