Disability matters assistance application

Disability Matters assists clients living with a disability to live as independently as possible in the community, in your own home with compatible peers. Our support workers aid with banking, shopping, domestic chores and skill development when required. Assistance and support are provided to enable the residents to pursue their own interests and become contributing members of their community.
